Our 10 Class Per Week Immersions are for those who are serious about learning or advancing in Iyengar Yoga, and who can attend an intensified four or five day program.
Fee: $250
Low Income $210

Each course can be taken many times, and students must be ready for the more advanced courses.

Our Level 1&2 classes emphasize the fundamentals or basics that lay the foundation for a safe, intelligent, and more powerful future practice. Those who are brand new to Iyengar yoga should start with the Level 1&2, Week One Immersion.

Those with 10 recent Iyengar Yoga classes can start with course Level 1&2, Week Two. At least 15 recent classes are needed to take Week Three, and 20 recent classes for Week Four.

Our Level 2&3 Courses are for those who have completed an Iyengar yoga Intensive, or who have at least 4 months of Iyengar classes, and are ready for a more challenging and powerful practice. More inversions are practiced, backarches are introduced, and poses are held longer. Knowledge of the standing poses, shoulderstand and plow is presumed as well as experience in using props.

Level 3 is for Intermediate Iyengar yoga students who have been studying Iyengar Yoga for some time and with increasing dedication, discipline & zeal. They understand how to create alignment in an Asana. They are familiar with most of the standing poses and have good stability, endurance, and extension in them. Intermediate students are very familiar with using props for shoulder balance, sitting poses and forward extensions. Level 3 classes can be strenuous and poses are often held much longer than in the Level 1&2 classes. Backarches, arm balances, shoulder and headbalance are regularly practiced.
