SEMI-PRIVATE CLASS LIMITED TO 10 STUDENTS
Our weekly therapeutics class is an opportunity for those with various injuries, ailments and imbalances to learn highly specialized and individualized therapeutic yoga sequences to affect an improvement in their condition.
For students with back, knee, shoulder, or neck problems; organic or nervous system ailments; hypertension or low energy issues.
Richard studies therapeutic yoga each year for 1-2 months with BKS and Geeta Iyengar in India.
