The fee for the 5:30am, 7:00am, or 4:30pm 4-Week Intensives for new students to the Center, or for students who have taken no more than one drop-in or free class, is only $160.

THAT IS 16 CLASSES FOR ONLY $160. THAT'S ONLY $10 A CLASS!

If you are interested in experiencing the power of a four-week, sixteen-session Intensive, our intensives are the way to go. Intensives are a terrific way to learn the basic series of postures and to make outstanding and rapid progress in flexibility, strength, and stamina. And first-timers to the Center can take advantage of these powerful courses at the special new-student fee of $160 (Click here for a detailed explanation of our three-tiered payment system for Intensives.)

EARLY MORNING INTENSIVE (5:30am)
