The first week of each month we usually start our 4-5 week yoga courses which progress during each week of the month.
The Level 1, Level 1 & 2, and Slower Yoga teach the fundamentals upon which a successful yoga practice is based. Much of modern yoga we see lacks real instruction on how to do yoga correctly and most modern studios lack courses which give a week by week progression where students make real progress. Many modern yoga classes are too fast paced and the room is too hot for healthy exercise.
You'll appreciate the real teaching that takes place in our classes. Our students improve because we give we teach yoga sequentially and give specific personal feedback and encouragement to each student.
We have a large 2500 square foot (the largest in Seattle), fully equipped studio with abundant natural light that allows you to practice without feeling crowded.
Our higher level classes, the level 2, and level 2&3 also start the first week of each month and have a stable and serious population of dedicated students
